Covid-19 - The health and safety of our customers and colleagues is our number one priority and we are doing all that we can to assist in containing the spread of COVID-19 whilst continuing to build much needed high quality homes for our customers.  We have implemented all measures necessary to comply with the WHO and British Government advice.  Our staff have been briefed and trained on the importance of hand washing and sanitising and work has been rearranged to comply with the safe distancing  guidelines.  These changes will have an impact on timing of completions and we are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.  Your Move Sales office is open and working remotely and they are still able to answer any queries you may have. Finlon Ltd is a family business.  Working together in the building industry since 1987, we bring a wealth of experience in all trades as well as working knowledge of projects of every size and complexity.

We design and build homes to the highest standard and maintain full control of this by coordinating everything in-house, from land purchase through design, during construction and onto initial sales.  We have our own stringent health and safety policy in place and work to strict CDM health and safety regulations and as you would expect have full public and employer liability insurance.

Finlon Ltd is NHBC registered and has been classified as A1 which is their highest possible rating.

Land

We are always actively looking for suitable land to purchase for development.  Being a local private company means that enquiries are handled completely by one point of contact and decisions can be made quickly.  We would consider land with or without planning permission and we are very used to working with architects and planners to maximise each plot to the benefit of the land owner. If you have a potential site, with or without permission, please do not hesitate to contact us.
