Nursing home - 10 bedroom wing - Grace Manor, Grange Road, Gillingham, Kent
Main Contractor - The work was carried out with the care and consideration needed to both the elderly residents and the care staff as the home was kept running throughout the build.

Care home - 7 bedroom extension – Birling House High Street, Snodland, Kent
These works were carried out using some reclaimed materials as the owners wanted to match the existing properties as much as possible. Care and consideration was needed as the home was kept open and running fully during the construction

2 House Development - 5 Bedrooms - Loose Road, Loose, Maidstone, Kent
This was a two New House development carried out for the owners of the land. It also included the demolition of the old existing timber frame house.

New house Build - Capstone Road, Chatham, Kent
Demolition of existing house, design, full project management and build right through to decorating, fitting out and external landscaping

New End of Terrace House - Hawbeck Road, Parkwood, Gillingham, Kent
This new house was build on the side of an existing terraced house which our client also owned and lived in.

New bed House - Spekes Road, Hempstead, Gillingham, Kent
This is a 3 floored house as the house was built on a bank which gave its full 3 storey projection from the rear only. The front retaining wall is built from reinforced concrete with tanking to prevent water entering the lower ground floor.

Extending to row of 3 listed buildings - Moore Street, Rainham, Kent
These works included the rear extension of 3 terraced houses and was completed with the careful attention to detail required, to match existing materials whilst bringing the houses up to current building regulations.

Conversion - Church Street, Gillingham, Kent

New House Build - Newington, Sittingbourne, Kent
New house build in conservation area - built with handmade bricks, roof tiles and windows to provide authentic old kentish style house as required by Planning department
