Core to our business is our New Build sector. We are very experienced at providing a full service that may include everything from the planning stage to building the property and may also include decorating, flooring and appliances if required. Historically this ‘one stop’ service has enabled a controlled build, on time and to the highest quality.

Typically our work involves larger commercial projects. We recently added a ten-bedroom extension to a nursing home and our experience made sure the work was carried out with minimum disruption to the essential smooth running of the home.

We usually work to an agreed programme, setting payment terms before work commences, so that our clients are always aware of what stage the work has reached at all times. Finlon Building Contractors make sure the local authority has full knowledge of the progress of the work and arrange the meetings that are necessary so that the project runs smoothly.
